1. I do not see how I am going to get help.I purchased subscription only for one year but on my account it is showing subscription for both 1 year and 6 months and deducted money for 2 plans separately.
2. Also, why does it need access to the microphone and camera? What possible reason is there for that?I installed and paid 1 year subcription on my android phone, then i ALSO installed the app on my ipad.
3. But the same account on my android phone is locked!!! I emailed and tried to get support... NO RESPOND!!! Totally lack COMMUNICATION!!! NO SUPPORT!My app stops suddenly(everytime) when in the middle of it.
4. Kindly help to resolve as I tried to report the bug many a times.Hi, I already subscribed for 1 year, but it's can't unlock for some menu in another device device.
5. Therefore, i decided to pay for THE SAME ACCOUNT ON MY IPAD ALSO! Now, back to my android, IT LOCKED NOW! I ENDED UP PAID FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT TIWCE.
6. I paid it on my android first, then i noticed the SAME ACCOUNT ON MY IPAD LOCKED.
7. Thank youVery happy with the concept but i couldnt subscribe.. whenever i try to subscribe the monthly basis i cant do it thereis some technical issue..i paid the monthly fee for this app but it reverted to the trial version.
8. I upgraded to an android device but was still using it on my iphone via wifi.
9. Please help to cancel 6 months subscription and refund money back.
10. I bought a year subscription for this app on my iphone.
11. I tried deleting the app on the iphone and reinstalling it but the same error about the connection comes through.
