1. I do not see how I am going to get help.I purchased subscription only for one year but on my account it is showing subscription for both 1 year and 6 months and deducted money for 2 plans separately.

2. Also, why does it need access to the microphone and camera? What possible reason is there for that?I installed and paid 1 year subcription on my android phone, then i ALSO installed the app on my ipad.

3. But the same account on my android phone is locked!!! I emailed and tried to get support... NO RESPOND!!! Totally lack COMMUNICATION!!! NO SUPPORT!My app stops suddenly(everytime) when in the middle of it.

1. Fix Monkey Math Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Monkey Math: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Monkey Math App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Monkey Math" » Open Monkey Math: Kids math games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Monkey Math » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Monkey Math: Kids math games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Monkey Math servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Monkey Math: Kids math games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Monkey Math app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Monkey Math might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Monkey Math. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Monkey Math then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Monkey Math not working

2. Fix Monkey Math Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Monkey Math be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Monkey Math not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Monkey Math may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
