1. At this point I've cancelled subscription (wasn't working anyway) and feel a full refund is more than fair.Im from Malaysia and not able to use since day 1 purchase this monkey stories app.

5. App completely stopped working (3/15/19) same day subscription renewed for the first time, over a month ago.

6. I've sent them countless emails with my device number asking for help in order to fix the issue of why it doesn't load the content and closes abruptly.

7. Already paid RM199.This is a very good app with a good customer service helping you if you have any issues.

1. Fix Monkey Stories Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Monkey Stories: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Monkey Stories App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Monkey Stories" » Open Monkey Stories:Books & Reading » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Monkey Stories » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Monkey Stories:Books & Reading app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Monkey Stories servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Monkey Stories:Books & Reading" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Monkey Stories app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Monkey Stories might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Monkey Stories. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Monkey Stories then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Monkey Stories not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Monkey Stories be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
