1. :(I like the way it's been set up, but can we not start with the basics first? I'm trying to teach my 4 year old to read yet in lesson 2 it's trying to teach words like grasshopper and firefly? What about cat, dog, box, ball, hat etc? The pronunciation of some words is also not very clear and all the background noise is often distracting.
2. Won't renew unless it restarts working before my last 3 weeks run out.I loved the app at first, it was awesome! I bought the monthly subscription, and the app started the lessons over but still only wanted to give us the free content.
3. Repetition is great for learning... but I'm not getting a subscription for "1000's" of repetitive lessons.Although it's a very useful tool, it's completely unreliable.
4. I'm NOT paying for a subscription!! Also, the first 4 lessons repeated the same words.
5. The only thing that I would change is with the English language, the words are said a bit different in the USA and UK apposed to Australia., so it makes some words a bit hard for my kids to understand.
6. I was happy with the content & was going to purchase their other apps, they look great but the service quality is too low and more irritating than useful.
7. After hours reinstalling each of the English levels, although the voice is still an English accent, the much of the spellings and pictures with the words are American.
8. The most recent issue is that it stopped moving forward with the lessons so It's been about 11 lessons that my son has gotten the same crab sticker and it's putting him downThis app used to be really good.
9. Finally I got it past the "request for money" stage, and then the following month went back to free content again, deleting all my daughter had done and starting over again.
10. We'll carry on using it, but only until we find something better.After updating subscription the app is still in trial mode.
11. Two lessons after that used the same new words.
I did pay for the one year subscription, but it is not allowing my toddler to access the app. The system is asking me to purchase the app again.. when I try to restore purchases it tells me something went wrong.. pls look into this issue ASAP and grant me access to the app.
