This is upsetting as i know this is a good app for toddler learningCrashes as soon as I open it, I can do settings, purchases, but not any of the cardsLooks good but you did not put apricot on the food thang in you forgot to put umbrella on stuff that's outside will you fix thishaving good experience but several things are missing like pahara name of the month and Week, some phares of hindiKeep crashing..cannot open..already paid for remove ads..sigh..why cant you fix the android app.

1. Fix Bright Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bright Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bright Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bright Ba" » Open Bright Baby English FlashCards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bright Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bright Baby English FlashCards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bright Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bright Baby English FlashCards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bright Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bright Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bright Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bright Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bright Ba not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bright Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
