1. Love the pics out provider sends and don't want to discourage them from sending...but at times it's too much but I don't want to turn off notifications and miss an important message.The idea of this app is awesome.

2. It seems like I have to scroll a lotWell built, user friendly app that makes it easy to receive photos and communicate with the staff taking care of your kids while you are at work.

4. As a parent I'd like to know if there's a way for the provider to easily note the arrival and departure time for the child.

5. Checked with the daycare center and they have all notification on time but it's the app that not delivered it to us.

1. Fix brightwheel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart brightwheel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the brightwheel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "brightwheel" » Open brightwheel: Childcare App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for brightwheel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear brightwheel: Childcare App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from brightwheel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "brightwheel: Childcare App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check brightwheel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, brightwheel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall brightwheel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall brightwheel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing brightwheel not working

2. Fix brightwheel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make brightwheel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to brightwheel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, brightwheel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
