1. I don't know why but while watching videos it suddenly stops and used to show 'error'.. Apart from this i liked the app and the teachers and the questions papers everything...😊☺Best app for study but it have certain problems such as it does not allow us to take screenshots , the course for classes execpt 9-10 are not available in Bilingual , in class 9 science course there are 15 chapters but in this app there are only 6 chapters provided , there are not online classes like other apps.

The topics are clear and laid out well and have good explanations of the answers.It is great app for those who are studying in class 10th and 9th but there is one problem, once selecting a language we can't change it , I've selected English language and I'm not able to change this language from English to hindi.

1. Fix BrightTutee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BrightTutee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BrightTutee App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BrightTutee" » Open BrightTutee: A Digital Learnin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BrightTutee » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BrightTutee: A Digital Learnin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BrightTutee servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BrightTutee: A Digital Learnin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BrightTutee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BrightTutee might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BrightTutee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BrightTutee then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BrightTutee not working

2. Fix BrightTutee Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BrightTutee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BrightTutee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BrightTutee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
