And that's really saying something because I don't buy apps and I don't write reviews on apps but this app, by far, exceeds any other! I give it 5+ Thank you for making such a user friendly, informative app!! This takes any guess work or researching out because dropli 2.0 included such detailed information.

2. It won't be found since I'm trying to create an account.It doesn't let me log in I forgot my password and I tried to reset it but it just buffers and never sends the reset linkI have a promo code but cannot find any place to enter it.

3. I really wanted this app but I'm not going to download/update an app that doesn't recognize my user name/email and password when I've used the same one since I originally downloaded it from my mentor.

1. Fix Droplii 2.0 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Droplii 2.0: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Droplii 2.0 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Droplii 2.0" » Open Droplii 2.0 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Droplii 2.0 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Droplii 2.0 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Droplii 2.0 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Droplii 2.0" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Droplii 2.0 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Droplii 2.0 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Droplii 2.0. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Droplii 2.0 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Droplii 2.0 not working

2. Fix Droplii 2.0 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Droplii 2.0 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Droplii 2.0 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Droplii 2.0 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
