1. I wish there were more jobs available, cuz the people I've worked with have been amazing.Not bad ! Some good things ,and some fair things ,just realize you don't have to take the trip!,great for spare time,second job ,extra moneyThere isn't very much work on the draiver app, even here in the Seattle area.

2. If you dont have an account theres no way to send email or call for help so its a catch 22.I'm having a hard time getting set up it's been a week now and I'm just getting my driver information updated and now I can't submit a signature for the background check.

3. It offers to let you put in additional info for preferences and completion but if you tab out of the app it logs you out and you have to wait on the account creation to do anything.It's gig work for people who enjoy driving.

4. Go anywhere else.I'm unable to sign and complete the application because the screen is half missing and no button to complete it.I have tried to set up an account many many times and even though there are no blank spaces it says ive provided incomplete information.

5. READ the terms and conditions AKA the contract agreement (which we are asked to do) BEFORE we sign anything!! It's Amazing how hard people make even the most simplest of things to do.

6. You will receive NO PAY whatsoever if you are assigned a job, show up to the job, and the job is canceled because Draiver didnt book a chase driver for your trip.

7. It doesn't matter to them that you drove over an hour each way and all together, wasted 3-4 hours of your day dealing with trip related calls.

1. Fix Draiver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Draiver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Draiver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Draiver" » Open Draiver for Drivers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Draiver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Draiver for Drivers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Draiver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Draiver for Drivers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Draiver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Draiver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Draiver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Draiver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Draiver not working

2. Fix Draiver Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Draiver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Draiver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Draiver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
