1. otherwise this is a very helpful app.The app used to be somewhat decent but after the last update it's been garbage I emailed the development team to let them know about all the bugs they told me we are aware of the issues lots of people have been reporting the same problems that was a few months ago they're aware of the problems but have not fixed it yetWorks well on Android, I have not had the same problem as Brian.

2. Sadly the app doesn't tell you what time the busses are supposed to be there (like every 15, or on the hour kinda thing) but you can always look that up on the summit page! But it's accurate (unless it's in a deadzone, but they can't help that) at tracking the busses.

3. Notifications for when the bus you want to approaching would also be nice.For some reason when I open this app, the map slowly starts to move north on its own and when I try to scroll back or zoom in or out to Frisco route, the map is unresponsive.

4. Where in you can choose your final stop and it would say hit these buses for the fastest route.I rely on this app on really cold days, snow days, and running late days.

5. I have to click the "Tap for full screen" for the map to respond to scrolling and zoom in and out.This app is a must-have if you're trying to use the Summit Stage county-wide bus system.

6. Both highly reliable all the time.the only thing I'm not sure it accounts for certain route stops.

7. Never hurts to know for sure.While is somewhat useful to track bus location, it doesn't accurately show buses that are planning to switch lines.

8. Especially in the winter when it gets cold & windy & the busses can be delayed due to traffic, road conditions, etc.

1. Fix Summit Stage SmartBus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Summit Stage SmartBus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Summit Stage SmartBus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Summit Stage SmartBus" » Open Summit Stage SmartBus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Summit Stage SmartBus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Summit Stage SmartBus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Summit Stage SmartBus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Summit Stage SmartBus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Summit Stage SmartBus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Summit Stage SmartBus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Summit Stage SmartBus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Summit Stage SmartBus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Summit Stage SmartBus not working

2. Fix Summit Stage SmartBus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Summit Stage SmartBus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
