1. I love using doterra oils and have been using them for years, but very little information does doterra provide on how to implement different oils with different health issues.Would greatly appreciate an update.

2. I love the idea of the app but hate that when you share the drops on Facebook, you are giving a generic picture of the doterra sign in screen that doesn't attract the attention or give any kind of resemblance to what you are sharing.

3. I really like the "Determine Yoyr Mood" feature! Would love to have information available about each product, as well as the characteristics of the oils.Does not change at all.

7. Fix this and it will be pretty darn close to perfect!I found this to be a great little app for learning more about products but as appears to be the case for quite a few people, many of the categories have diseappeared leaving only 3, tried uninstall and reinstall with no success.

1. Fix doTERRA Daily Drop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart doTERRA Daily Drop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the doTERRA Daily Drop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "doTERRA Daily Drop" » Open doTERRA Daily Drop » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for doTERRA Daily Drop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear doTERRA Daily Drop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from doTERRA Daily Drop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "doTERRA Daily Drop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check doTERRA Daily Drop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, doTERRA Daily Drop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall doTERRA Daily Drop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall doTERRA Daily Drop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing doTERRA Daily Drop not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make doTERRA Daily Drop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
