Droplist Customer Insights

1. This was not something I would have ever known how to enable, so I presume it might have accidentally been set as the default for a particular OxygenOS version... All fixed now and great app 🙂App crashes every now and then after opening a push notification if it's already running in the background.

2. The app gives me all the information I need about drops, from sneakers to specific brand drops (e.g. Supreme, Bape, Palace, etc.), and the information is consistent and pretty much always accurate! Definitely my favourite app to use, and I use it regularly!Most recent update required me to relogin to the app and the option to "Go" is placed in a spot that interferes with my homebutton and can't be selected.

3. If you guys could just tone down the ads from clicking on your notifications that would be great 🙂Since a few weeks the app crashes whenever a select a list I want to view like I select "sneakers upcoming" and the app crashes within a second.

4. Tried contacting dev through the app but never heard back.This app has only been showing a blank dark screen on my OnePlus phones for 2 YEARS... If you care to check and fix this I'll adjust my rating to the 5 stars this app deserves when it's working.

5. It would be good to have a feature which would allow the users to send suggestions either for an edit on a shoe or just add a shoe to the calendar.

6. Other than that it's pretty good, although I've looked at the iOS app and it's way more advanced than the Android one.Great App to keep up with recent & future drop/collabs.

7. Recommend it!One quirk about it is that after opening notification msgs, soon as I leave the screen it's gone & if I'm on the App when I click on notification, it disappears without even opening.

8. I hope this gets fixed soon because I really like this app..Droplisted shoes rarely drop, with no information whatsoever indicating changed dates or cancelled drop.

9. The new feature of signing up for raffles so easily makes this app the GOAT! Waiting for more PRO features now! Almost perfect! Just too many ads after every notification.

10. (FYI my phone is an android) *just edited review from 4 to 5 stars due to impressively quick response from developer offering to help w/issue.

11. Seen some people complain about the ads, I had the app before the ads were on there and I don't think they're bad or disruptive at all (it's a free app, can't expect the owner to keep maintaining it for free for a large percentage of users!).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Droplist Issues

1. Fix Droplist Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Droplist: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Droplist App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Droplist" » Open Droplist - Sneaker Releases » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Droplist » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Droplist - Sneaker Releases app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Droplist servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Droplist - Sneaker Releases" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Droplist app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Droplist might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Droplist. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Droplist then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Droplist not working


2. Fix Droplist Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Droplist be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Droplist not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Droplist may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
