1. Doterra social worked fine before the training started but now my scheduled post are not posting the app is not sending me the approval and I cannot get a response from anyone when I email the tech support from the dozens of error emails I am getting.

2. My question, and no I am not sending it through email, because I'm sure others will want to know the answer, is what OS (operating system) does this app actually work on? And since per your emials to me the app only works on pc/desktop not on mobile, when are you going to make the app function with Windows OS? Specifically Windows 10?I have to remove and reinstall this app every month or so as it just stops working.

3. But a nice idea if it worked.I've installed, uninstalled and installed 3 times already and all I get is an error message that won't clear.Having a constant error message pop up anytime I open the app and try to navigate within.

4. I completely missed receiving updates for the last BOGO which seems to make the automated part somewhat useless.I have not been able to use doTERRA Social on my cell, my tablet, or when I am on a pc.

5. And tried it on my computer same thing going on there they are asking me for my social verification and then saying that the information is not valid so I guess if I put the information in and pay for a subscription everything will work better.

6. The app was an amazing idea it worked for a while and I was able to post.

7. And new Post Ideas are not available the first of the month in time to post for the current month.

8. How can this be for an app that is listed as a mobile app in google play? Also, I do not now how many laptops or desktops out there, or how many of the masses have an Android OS on the pc, desk or laptops, but most are Windows/ Linux etc, not Android OS.

9. My cell is an Android device, but according to your email the app is not optimized for mobile yet.

10. I'm hoping there is a fix and we can use this, the application on my computer is awesome! I just wish I had more flexibility with having it on my phone.The app is a great idea, but always has issues.

1. Fix doTERRA Social Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart doTERRA Social: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the doTERRA Social App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "doTERRA Social" » Open doTERRA Social » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for doTERRA Social » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear doTERRA Social app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from doTERRA Social servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "doTERRA Social" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check doTERRA Social app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, doTERRA Social might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall doTERRA Social. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall doTERRA Social then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing doTERRA Social not working

2. Fix doTERRA Social Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make doTERRA Social be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to doTERRA Social not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, doTERRA Social may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
