1. I also feel that during the prompts some quiet soft background noise would help.. The silence makes me question if the app stopped working so i stop my meditation to see if it's still on.Even if you dont like journaling, try DiveThru.

2. Imagine you just journalled, and the ending audio exercise asks you to wrap it up by finishing the sentence on screen, to be greeted by the question "what did you dive about today?" Spending my effort elsewhere."Some mindful Journaling at its very best" - That's what I would say.

3. Writer's block isn't an issue when using this app at all! Totally recommend!I was really excited to try this app, but the amount of problems with it make it so frustrating, which isn't really what you want when trying to journal about your emotions! If you try and work through a course the app randomly skips days and doesn't track progress properly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DiveThru Issues

1. Fix DiveThru Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DiveThru: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DiveThru App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DiveThru" » Open DiveThru » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DiveThru » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DiveThru app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DiveThru servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DiveThru" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DiveThru app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DiveThru might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DiveThru. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DiveThru then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DiveThru not working


2. Fix DiveThru Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DiveThru be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DiveThru not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DiveThru may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
