1. Alll the responses are just to go to the feedback response in the app to report it for more help, but NOTHING HAS BEEN REMEDIED, EVER! SAME ISSUES, DIFFERENT PERSON, DIFFERENT YEAR!!!! Here I am with the same problem, and I tried for this for first time... FIX THE PROBLEM, or REMOVE YOUR USELESS APP!Update: Not sure what changed but the app was able to open this morning after a very long time on the splash screen.

2. Mind numbing.Seems like the crashing during commercials and never able to actually watch a full show without freezing has been an issue for many years.

3. It takes more than double the time of the actual video to actually be able to watch the whole episode because of the glitchy ads that make it freeze.

4. I don't mind ads... but when playing ads make the app buggy, and prevent being able to watch episodes, its very annoying and wastes a lot of time.

5. Frequently you'll watch through all the commercials then the show comes back on for a fraction of a second then the ads start right back up.

6. An hour to watch a 23 min episode is ridiculous! If the app was working like it should, I'd say its great and very useful.

7. It takes no less than 3 tries to get the app working every time I try to watch something.

8. Making it impossible to watch an episode without having to close and restart the app multiple times.

9. Especially when trying to watch news early morning, the flashing gives me a headache.

10. For every 15 minutes of commercials you watch you get about 2 minutes of the program.

11. Also, my option was to choose 1 interactive commercial, yet, I still have to watch 6 or 7...and if I have to rewind because I want to research something, I have to watch them all again.

1. Fix ABC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ABC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ABC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ABC" » Open ABC: TV Shows & Live Sports » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ABC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ABC: TV Shows & Live Sports app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ABC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ABC: TV Shows & Live Sports" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ABC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ABC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ABC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ABC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ABC not working

2. Fix ABC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ABC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ABC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ABC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
