1. I watch ABC7 news in the morning but can't always see the traffic section before my husband leaves for work and would use the app to view the freeways between SF and San Jose.

2. After watching you for many years, I will find another station.I would say that 70% of the time I am not able to watch the news videos due to long periods of "buffering" followed by an error msg.

3. There are constant hangups trying to load videos, and when watching a live feed doing things like rotating the phone or taking screenshots will disconnect from the stream.

4. Probably going to uninstall and stick with Kron 4 app.Notifications open in the app but does not show any content right away.

5. For the pull down notifications I now have to pull down 2x to see the notifications... it just shows me the abc7 logo, also pops up notifications while I'm using my phone for other things.

6. I'd get daily notifications that'd open app when I click on it, but video would not load, like it was so big that it took too long to load.

7. Finally, showing videos of content which is unrelated to the news item is bothersome.

8. Expect frequent crashes and blank pages when trying to load from notifications.
