It's very irritating to go in just hopeful is been processed and more than once it has not and I have to return later.I love being able to use this app to connect to my small, independent hometown pharmacy and get all my medications refilled with the touch of a few buttons! It's easy to use, does what it's supposed to, and is not difficult to navigate at all.
2. Thanks.I like the app, except that I can't see if/when my refill request has been filled and is ready for pickup.
3. I get an email when the pharmacy gets my refill request so I know it has gone through.
4. The same prescription shows multiple times and places, so the entire list must be scanned to see the most recent refill for any given prescription.
5. When the creators get home from school they need to check out other apps.The refill request gets processed through ok.

Reminder no longer works
I can log into the app and I can change almost everything in it as far as my information and my medication. It will not allow me to change my email address. I tried calling my Pharmacy to do it that way, they can't change it and they don't know how. I read your help center information on how to do it and I've been doing it correctly but when I click on my email address it does not
pop up a new screen or allow me to change it or delete it and it does not have an arrow next to it that automatically opens it to be edited.
