(Another problem with most "photography" apps)This needs an update... sorry but the UI sucks.. adjusting the Threshold ain't smooth...Pliss make more smooth coz take time about 30 second move that rays.... 2. This app is great! Well worth the $0.99! Straightforward and easy to use, no added pixelation or digital noise, AND best of all; it doesn't downscale your pictures on export! That's awesome! I hate most "photography" apps because they do that.

3. The only thing I would add is an eraser function with the ability to REALLY zoom far into the fine details to take out any unwanted rays.

4. Very cool app, generates light beams from bright spots in the photos, and you can control the angle and length of the beams.

5. Even if you know what your doing with apps like Photoshop, achieving a similar effect can literally take hours, with this, you can do it in under a minute.

6. But please add the ability to zoom, erasers that can't be precise are next to useless.

1. Fix Rays Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rays: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rays App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rays" » Open Rays » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rays » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rays app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rays servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rays" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rays app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rays might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rays. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rays then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rays not working

2. Fix Rays Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rays be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rays not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rays may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
