Curiosity Stream (TV) Customer Insights

1. This one is a new low, most launch and are just totally unoptimized or randomly crash.constantly stops and goes back to the beginningThis is not actually curiosity stream, this app only works on the device on which the subscription is purchased through the google play store.

2. Need improvisation guys.Android app on our Google TV (new model this year) plays only the intro to each video, then asks us to rate the video and/or start watching the next video.

3. Video plays perfect through my Prime but video is awful playing through Curiosity app.

4. So, this app looks great, but it works only the first time after installing, after that the shortcut disappears from the device and only thing I can do is to uninstall it.

5. No apparent way to get it to show the full episode - just the first two minutes! Frustrating.I came across Curiosity through my Amazon Prime.

6. BUT I cannot watch ANY video smoothly even try to reduce the resolution to 360p.

7. However... The stream from Curiosity is all choppy and laggy.

8. The other (phone) version works fine on my Android TV box but it's not so optimized for the big screen like this version.

9. Buy your subscription through curiosity stream and then log in on your TV/devices.

10. I'm hoping this will be fixed very soon because this version is perfect for TV.Great content, if you can watch it.

11. Is it laggy because i'm just browsing or is it always laggy and choppy? Devs please respond.Installs, won't launch or appear on launcher on AndroidTV 9.
