1. This one is a new low, most launch and are just totally unoptimized or randomly crash.constantly stops and goes back to the beginningThis is not actually curiosity stream, this app only works on the device on which the subscription is purchased through the google play store.

1. Fix Curiosity Stream (TV) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Curiosity Stream (TV): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Curiosity Stream (TV) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Curiosity Stream (TV)" » Open Curiosity Stream (TV) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Curiosity Stream (TV) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Curiosity Stream (TV) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Curiosity Stream (TV) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Curiosity Stream (TV)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Curiosity Stream (TV) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Curiosity Stream (TV) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Curiosity Stream (TV). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Curiosity Stream (TV) then reinstall.
