1. Nuisance is that this app is required otherwise would be lost in school!No more lost or screwed up notes in the bottom of the bag! Forms that can be returned and paid digitally! Information and newsletters I can return to whenever I want! Shareable with other family members (Or split families) so everyone can know what's going on! AND no trees are harmed by useless paper notes you dont want! This app is a godsend!Never ever get notifications.

2. Sort it out! I keep missing important school information.Seems to lose functionality periodically - are updates not tested? Some posts appear blank, and right now I can't open PDF newsletters on any of three devices.

1. Fix School Stream Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart School Stream: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the School Stream App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "School Stream" » Open School Stream » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for School Stream » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear School Stream app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from School Stream servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "School Stream" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check School Stream app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, School Stream might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall School Stream. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall School Stream then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing School Stream not working

2. Fix School Stream Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make School Stream be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
