I feel even though the purpose is to make money, but they should not be rude to their customers.I can't give you any star, this is a senseless app, it eats your money and tell you to change payment method to a different bank after deducting your money, I didn't even sent up to three messages and it says am out of coins, I should buy more.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cupidabo Issues
1. Fix Cupidabo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Cupidabo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Cupidabo App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cupidabo" » Open Cupidabo - flirt chat & dating » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cupidabo » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Cupidabo - flirt chat & dating app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cupidabo servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cupidabo - flirt chat & dating" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Cupidabo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cupidabo might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Cupidabo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cupidabo then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cupidabo not working
2. Fix Cupidabo Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cupidabo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cupidabo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cupidabo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
