1. Edit: I know it is a commercial product, but c'mon... 3-4 different types of subscription plans, and extra charges for add on!!! Now it's just ripping off!!! Edit # 2: No support from help centre, no response to email even with being premium memberThis is definitely a much better app than it's competitors.

2. Very Very poor App, DONT GO FOR IT! I bought the premium subscription very recently and found there is no option to filter out for profiles in the desired location.

3. The email response from the customer service is also so poor, they are not even responding to my messages rather they just once responded stating me to buy the concierge subscription on top of this.Terrible in terms of functionality.

4. Spent a lot on membership first as a normal member, than they try to convince you to be a concierge member opt for the option of boosting your profile, all of which is very expensive, I did all, with literary no result.

5. Other apps are full of IG influencers who use dating apps to boost their follower count.

6. The app takes close to 7-8 mins to open, any updates made to the profile gets updated after 15 mins, and at times just says error 900 and crashes.

7. fix the issues in your app!!The app is basically full of scammers, people with fake profiles, etc.

8. Hope this encourages people to make more open-minded apps.

9. Seeing the latest trends(news) , women in india are more worried to date a stranger making it even more difficult for us guys to find someone.

10. The user experience is pathetic and I am completely disappointed with it.All dating apps are the same.

11. The app will just keep throwing at you random profiles which you cannot even tailor per preferences.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Aisle Issues

1. Fix Aisle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Aisle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Aisle App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aisle" » Open Aisle — Dating App For Indians » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aisle » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Aisle — Dating App For Indians app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aisle servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aisle — Dating App For Indians" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Aisle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aisle might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Aisle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aisle then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aisle not working


2. Fix Aisle Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aisle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aisle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aisle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
