1. I would rather it a , -10 in today day and age.Newest version does not work keeps going back to login screen I have to reload old apk version 22.1.20 to login please fix!!!!!It freezes when I clock in for work, and recently I haven't been able to clock in at all on my phone and I have to use the work computer.App no longer logs me in.

2. After signing on it just returns to same sign on screen.This app is very glitchy and not user friendly at all.The perfect app fot those who's jobs take them away from the office.

3. Obviously the app administrator needs to spend more time on this app.Does not work on Android.

4. 🤬Lots of bugs and glitches that don't allow the app to function as well as it should/could.Is this app fixable? Can never sign in.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Criterion HCM Issues

1. Fix Criterion HCM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Criterion HCM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Criterion HCM App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Criterion HCM" » Open Criterion HCM » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Criterion HCM » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Criterion HCM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Criterion HCM servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Criterion HCM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Criterion HCM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Criterion HCM might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Criterion HCM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Criterion HCM then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Criterion HCM not working


2. Fix Criterion HCM Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Criterion HCM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Criterion HCM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Criterion HCM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
