Why should I report an Issue with Cinemagraph?

1. literally nothing i like about this appIt does what it says and is feature-packed! Many customization parameters too! I only wish it was faster while processing, and that you were able to cancel operations once started! Also would be nice to have smoother video motion and stabilization :)The core functionality works, and it's really nice that you can use pre-recorded videos.

2. But every time I edit something it always leaves a funny circle around the animated portionReasonably easy to use if you're familiar with cinemagraphs but distorts image (at least on my Oneplus phone) and doesn't give many options for doing nice blends between frames.

Perhaps the developer could put into this app some tutorials, videos, and frequently asked questions or at least lead us to them.. and Minus 2nd Star because the animations are difficult to get right even with a perfectly still phone..played around, held the camera absolutely still and there was still a problem with having the lines in the background cutting out and away from what i highlighted.

4. Then there's the performance which is much slower than competitors and finally a weird bug that caused the whole screen to streatch and wrap when i turned the phone several times.Load an 8 second video.

5. It's OK at testing, but nothing potable.I would like to recommend that you should have a feature like in lg v40 "Cine Shot/Cine Video" where we can stop the other parts of the video and select only a part of the video that still continue to play.

6. Select 2 seconds, only to have to see the app render the full 8 seconds, taking about a minute per second, then showing me how to use the app, and as soon as the 'how to' is dismissed, the app thinks I'm done and I'm no longer able to edit the result.

7. I wish its use was more intuitive and straightforward.there's some weird scaling issue that makes all the moving parts misalign the rest of the photo, even when held perfectly still.

8. After some struggle, I figured out how to use frames that the video is split into, and the brush for adding motion.

9. Uninstalled...Minus 1rst Star because although it is pretty easy this app is also difficult and Instructions or a walk through at the the beginning or during would help.

10. Just try to press a icon in the edit screen or erase a mask bit.

11. i cant view either of the gifs i made because they just randomly turned into photos.

1. Fix Cinemagraph Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cinemagraph: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cinemagraph App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cinemagraph" » Open Cinemagraph » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cinemagraph » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cinemagraph app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cinemagraph servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cinemagraph" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cinemagraph app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cinemagraph might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cinemagraph. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cinemagraph then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cinemagraph not working

2. Fix Cinemagraph Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cinemagraph be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cinemagraph not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cinemagraph may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
