1. Whole app needs a major overhaul!!!!I'm being generous and giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the 1st time I logged in, I was able to view my ID card.
2. What's the point of offering a PIN option for login if it then STILL asks for your username and password? But if you DON'T set up a PIN it asks you if you want one every single time you log in.
3. And since the only action Coresource takes is asking users about examples, in my experience the app is very slow, I never can pass the login (fingerprint or pin or whatever) always there is an error and is not about I put the with pin or password.
4. I do, then the next time I log in, it prompts me for a fingerprint, then resets itself so I have to enter my username and password and start the whole dance over again.
5. It would be nice to be able to view my card on my phone since I have not yet received the actual card in the mail ( I blame my mail carrier for that one).
6. I am now able to log in on the mobile app.I'm also being generous! I have tried to login so many times.
7. The summaries of the claims are very poor and you never know what has been charged and the customer support is very slow, taking from 4 days to more than a week to answer (a very poor answer) the questions you may have.
8. Hope this issue gets fixed before I make a doc appt!This app never works, is bad designed and let you realise that the only thing the company cares about is getting as much money as possible.
9. Keeps asking if I want to setup a PIN everytime even though I've created a PIN the first time it asked.
10. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall, this time I have to click "No" when pop-up message for creating a 6-digits PIN appears.
11. Again, we pay huge amounts of money to get this offer of junk, this service and this amount of problems anytime you use the service.If I could, I would give this negative stars.
