I only hope i get my refund!Having recently discovered mconnent I out of curiosity compared it to roon .Obviously the roon interface is superior and it's many options are hard to beat.Having said that I can't say roon sounded superior in fact mconnect is to be commended for producing a product that intergrates perfectly with Tidal and sounds exceptionalThis app is not compatible with the phone display .This name with hd in it is confusing .It seems as if this is a better version .After downloading to my Samsung S10+, the app crash every time I open it.Quickly and easily connects to my NAS.

2. Tidal had stopped supporting App called Oppo Media, and I couldn't use my amazing Oppo with its great sound, and was having to dumb down to inferior sound on Tidal with having to use Control 4 to run my system.

3. Where are the settings modify this?It says the app is compatible with my Samsung S10 but my phone says display not supported and I cannot get full screen, some functions are missing and it is very annoying.Cannot connect to my nas.

4. But mainly says it cannot adapt to my display resolution (Samsung S20 plus) and may behave strangely.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "mconnect Player HD" » Open mconnect Player HD – Cast AV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for mconnect Player HD » click "UPDATE".
