Planningify Customer Insights

1. Happy I bought the full version thank youi use this app.it's very usefull,but there is small problem,it is sadeny app close,not open .how can i fixed?Free version is not user friendlyit doesnt work persian languageReally can be muuuuuch better 🤔🤷 ♂️It's the best , very helpfull5 stars app.

2. I would have happy paid for the full version but they have jumped on the ongoing subscription bandwagon charging yearly.

3. impossible to navigate! I understand you need ads to support the app but I got an ad every 10 seconds! can't even add a shift before another ad comes.

4. uninstalled.It's very limited and I have to start from the beginning and do it all over if I need to add anything.

5. Its the right concept but not the right execution of that concept.Does what I want but very intrusive ads.

6. Ridiculous.Great app and best customer service you'd makes my life so much easier.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Planningify Issues

1. Fix Planningify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Planningify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Planningify App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Planningify" » Open Planningify : Track work time » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Planningify » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Planningify : Track work time app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Planningify servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Planningify : Track work time" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Planningify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Planningify might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Planningify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Planningify then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Planningify not working


2. Fix Planningify Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Planningify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Planningify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Planningify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
