1. ( This is a major issue if you use pay in 4 because you have to redo the qualify process)This app consistently FAILS!!! Whether I download ( CONSTANTLY REDOWNLOAD DAILY XXX!!!) in the am or pm, go into lost contact mode and must be reloaded to work! It fails as soon as I walk into the store and needs to be redownloaded to work! It'll reload once I'm out of the building 10% of the time.
2. Having recently been approved for the store's consumer credit card, I'd like to be able to pay online as opposed to in-store.
3. This app can't ever seem to stay working long without some sort of issue or bugI love this app except that the curbside pickup process doesn't work.
4. " I'll update my rating once this is resolved.The app used to be fantastic, now when you try to search things depending on the topic sometimes it forces you into their weird sub-selection menus instead of just the traditional search.
5. For a bit it's been great but out of no where it does weird things such as not displaying the pictures of the items I'm looking at.
6. For example if you search for a refrigerators instead of just allowing you to filter them out it takes you to their refrigerator page and makes it a nightmare to try to track things down.
7. Lowes app is soooooo much better!!!! I have a $6000 limit on my home Depot credit card and I rarely use it because of this frustrating app.
8. it seems like using the card for shopping and paying the bill are not connected at all in their system.
9. Otherwise, the app is great for finding things in the store, ordering, past orders, etc.
10. Apparently, the Android version of this ( which I have, lucky me!) is the one that is failing to work! Hopefully, the bug is fixed soon as this has been going on for over a YEAR!The app is horrible.
11. The barcode scanner no longer works.Annoyingly difficult to pay w HD card even though it's connected to the same account.
