1. It does have one key feature for custom domain owners with properly configured email services, it allows quick definition of "aliases" to change your From address if your service supports that.I'm not giving a 1 star because I LOVE the app! It's an absolute 5 star aside from your pricing model.

2. Functionally, the app is "fine" but there is absolutely nothing that sets it apart from other email clients, and certainly nothing that justifies 50 dollars a year! For a paid email client, nine Mail offers much more for a single cheaper price.

3. Ultimately, this is a good app, but the price is not justifiable.This application and its predecessor have been my primary email app for a few years now, while I've temporarily left to try almost every other service available.

6. Suggestion: the option to put the toolbar (delete, archive, move buttons) on the bottom of the screen would be great, especially with larger phones.There is some sort of subscription issue with my Newton account.

7. You can't access attachments, it has trouble displaying embedded images in emails, and basic things like Snoozing an email have limited options.

8. Spark has been one of the best iOS apps for a long time and they've now launched for Android! AND it's free!!! The early version still has some bugs but by the time my renewal comes around with you they'll have those worked out.

9. I've been happy with the App in the past but you're starting to lose a customer.This is my favorite email client WHEN it's working.

1. Fix Newton Mail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Newton Mail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Newton Mail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Newton Mail" » Open Newton Mail - Email App for Gm » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Newton Mail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Newton Mail - Email App for Gm app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Newton Mail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Newton Mail - Email App for Gm" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Newton Mail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Newton Mail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Newton Mail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Newton Mail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Newton Mail not working

2. Fix Newton Mail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Newton Mail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Newton Mail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Newton Mail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
