Why should I report an Issue with Task Agenda: Calendar & Alerts?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. My only gripes are just little things but I wish there was a way to check multiple things at once, since some times I forget to check things and then I have to go and check a list of stuff, my other thing is a wish there was 5 different levels of important, make it like important, urgent, task, if have time, and don't forget.

2. -Beautifully layed out -useful and simple -Great to tick of tasks -great for catogorizing tasks and setting notifications -The notification sounds are lovely -I love that you can change the colours -I love that there is also a calender.

3. Simple format, easy to organize and easy to set up appointments, tasks or any event that requires memorization with date, time.

4. I would really appreciate that as other than those things it is great! I don't know of any apps like this!The app has a simple format that makes it easy to organize everything.

5. Being able to color code event types and choose a simple layout is nice.

6. If you don't want random pop up ads all you have to do is pay 4$ one time which is much less expensive then all the other task management apps i have tried.

9. It is very easy to use without the Clutter and Noise that you find in other task applications.

10. First,if you change the time for an event it seems that the alarms still happen based on the original time.

11. One of the features I like best is in notifications and it gives you the choice of a notification in the notification bar or an alarm which in my opinion is much better because instead of getting a ding in notifications you actually get an alarm that you have to turn off kind of hard to miss.

1. Fix Task Agenda Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Task Agenda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Task Agenda App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Task Agenda" » Open Task Agenda: Calendar & Alerts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Task Agenda » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Task Agenda: Calendar & Alerts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Task Agenda servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Task Agenda: Calendar & Alerts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Task Agenda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Task Agenda might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Task Agenda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Task Agenda then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Task Agenda not working

2. Fix Task Agenda Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Task Agenda be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Task Agenda not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Task Agenda may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
