1. Respond to calls faster by getting the essential details right in your phone.
2. No more copying down dispatch information or trying to enter an address while driving.
1. Would also be nice to be compatible with android auto so response screen could be seen on vehicle screen instead of having to hold phone.I am getting extremely irritated by this service, I have never had an issue till recently in the last 2 months, I am sick and tired of not recieving alerts which I need for the 3 departments I run with.
2. If so, this will be a 5 star app.Great Customer Service! The map function wasn't working on my android phone after the last update.
3. Extremely great concept and it works way better on Apple than it does Android so will give higher rating when issues get fixed.Always updating.
4. Would be nice if it would open Google maps for navigation.Overall this is a great app that helped bring my backwards employer into the 21st century only about 15 years too late.
5. It'd be cool to hear a quick chirp for stuff that isn't of immediate importance to me, while I get my nice annoying "it's 2 am, get your arse out of bed" continuous high pitch page for things that are of immediate importance.
6. Recently the widget to change duty status hasn't been working (click it and it freezes on the 3 dots).
7. On Android devices, the app overrides Do Not Disturb but doesn't override when a user has the volume turned down.
8. I encounter this problem in all viewing modes but dark mode is the worst.Overall, very practical which I like, it does everything it needs to, and this is kind of a meat and potatoes kind of business, so I get that.
9. It gets me the information i need when i need it, and that's exactly what it's there for.Overall great for getting fastest direction from current location.
10. They already have separate page groups and duty status', however I know most of us like to monitor what's going on elsewhere in our response areas, even when we're not necessarily first due.
11. We cover 400+ sq miles of a rural area so the maps are not always accurate and we've be directed to the wrong location at times (thankfully we know the area well enough).
