Told to call Urban Forestry - could this not be forwarded to that department?I try to make payments for my Hive pass, yet it's very frustrating to be redirected out of this site to another site that takes me back to this one? Is Hive only "Purchasable" via this site and payments must be made in person or over the phone? If so why do you have my credit card info stored? I just want to update my info yet can't even find my own info in your system? Frustrating! Bring this app to a more user friendly status! Thanks.

2. Then under "Interactive Maps" it lists options like Bike Share, , City Parks, Mountain bike Trails,... I would NOT recommend this app for "Parking".

3. The app is unusable and can't report parking issues online makes things frustrating.Ignore the poor reviews.

6. What a joke for an "out of towner".Horrible App!! I have reset my password over and over and it still doesn't recognize me!!! Seriously annoying!!! They need to work on their app!!!!!!App is recommended by SLC, but it is useless.

10. Regularly report graffiti and left garbage and within the week it's resolved.

11. I reported a left turn arrow that was only green for about 5 seconds while the pedestrian sign was lit.

1. Fix SLC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SLC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SLC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SLC" » Open SLC Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SLC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SLC Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SLC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SLC Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SLC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SLC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SLC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SLC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SLC not working

2. Fix SLC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SLC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SLC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SLC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
