1. 😀map of the soul:7 is the first album released after I joined this fandom that is to say after I started loving the 7 angels!! so it's really special for me...and getting the whole album offline was like a dream for me...thanks a lot for this.. and this app is really good...I'm so happy to get this...the songs are clear and the sound is nice...it also plays music in the background!! I just LOVE it!!♡♡I love this app because it has two fuctions you can play the tracks offline and it has the lyrics in Hangul , Romanized and English making understanding the songs easier.

3. All songs are just good to listen.Its a really good app with all the MOTS:7 songs with lyrics.

6. Also I just noticed that Respect isn't translated in English when you go to lyrics.😂 But other than that I think it's a great app.

9. There is an error when I try to view the lyrics for On Feat Sia, the lyrics for Outro: Ego pop up instead.

1. Fix BTS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BTS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BTS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BTS" » Open BTS - Map of The Soul : 7 (Complete Songs) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BTS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BTS - Map of The Soul : 7 (Complete Songs) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BTS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BTS - Map of The Soul : 7 (Complete Songs)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BTS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BTS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BTS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BTS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BTS not working

2. Fix BTS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BTS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BTS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BTS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
