There is no ability to read aloud, the highlight function doesn't work 90% of the time, internet is now mandatory to be able to read, accurate citation is impossible since the entire book gets reformatted so you have NO IDEA what page you're on, and there is no way to zoom in on textbook graphics or diagrams.

2. I find myself having to spend way to much time trying to highlight the correct lines because the highlight function goes all over the place.

3. Just...not a good app.No landscape? This app is great to view the actual textbook but I would love a landscape option to actually be able to read it with out zooiming and scrolling so much.

1. Fix Chegg eReader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chegg eReader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chegg eReader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chegg eReader" » Open Chegg eReader - Study eBooks & » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chegg eReader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chegg eReader - Study eBooks & app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chegg eReader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chegg eReader - Study eBooks &" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chegg eReader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chegg eReader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chegg eReader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chegg eReader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chegg eReader not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chegg eReader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chegg eReader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chegg eReader may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
