1. If this app struggles to achieve a basic login function, I'm not confident about the rest of its features.The new update (purple interface) is working super slow.

2. Bring back the old interface & speed!After so many years, the app is now having problems Unable to login (or stay logged in on the off chance if successful).

3. The map's search function is next to useless-try searching for "SilverKris Lounge" and it will unhelpfully tell you that nothing is found.

4. How can a function this basic be so bad?Lousy system and rewards setup!!! Cashier do not accept changi reward card anymore.

5. Send email to Changirewards and no reply.The text box to type username and password at the login page doesn't even load.

6. Saw my points from last year expiring on 30june2023 but couldn't utilise.UI is good but i have an issue.

7. Search for "lounge" instead and you will get a long list of "Airport Lounge" and one has to click through the list to find which lounge is which.

8. Only accepting the apps and told me to scan the receipt in the system.

9. Downloaded the apps, scan the receipt but didn't work.

10. The new one is riddled with layers of buttons to press to get to your needed information, reminiscent of telephone menus that go in circles before you finally hang up.

11. Recently i encountered my iChangi account logout without knowing the cause and it prompt for a relogin which causes inconvenience to me.

1. Fix Changi App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Changi App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Changi App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Changi App" » Open Changi App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Changi App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Changi App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Changi App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Changi App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Changi App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Changi App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Changi App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Changi App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Changi App not working

2. Fix Changi App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Changi App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Changi App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Changi App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
