1. From 415am to 530am, I didn't move in the queue but the app show 2, 0 , 3 ,5 taxis in queue at various times when the queue actually grew to 30+Information given is inaccurate.

2. Wasted all taxis uncles time for more than 2 hours waiting.So lousy must log in each time u turn on ! Too troublesome.

3. More than 30 taxis waited at T1 but the info given is 3 taxis on site only.

4. Taxis drivers waited for more then an hour to pick up their passengers.

5. At 4am, this app told me that there are 3 taxis in queue.

6. When I reached the queue, there are 10 taxis already there.

  1. Restart Cabs@Changi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Cabs@Changi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cabs@Changi" » Open Cabs@Changi » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cabs@Changi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Cabs@Changi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cabs@Changi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cabs@Changi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Cabs@Changi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cabs@Changi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cabs@Changi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cabs@Changi then reinstall.
