1. Fix that and I will change my rating to five stars.I experience restarting to d beggining while I'm making, what is the problem? Pls look Edit : I'm sorry but I dont recommend using this, you can't make a thumbnail cuz it keeps restarting Edit again : there was no respond, d problem start to annoy me it restart every minute you cant use it.It's good for some cases but if you want to gameplay.

2. On vidios it's bad ads come on the bottom it barly has any pictures you don't get to create one and I mean ONE Single thingI cant figure out a way to make it my thumbnail.and you cant make your own stickers.if you want a thumbnail in your camearroll for a picture this would be a great app.

3. I really wanted this to work and I was very disappointed with the results.I would give this a 0 star if i could! After i download it I went to go try it out, the first part was easy, but then I couldn't do anything else with it, lemuel viesca is right, this app is not recommend.The 5 star ratings are botted.

4. first of all if you are like me and you use a cromebook it will not work i cant even get in and if anyone is sooking for a free one because this wont work google slides is good.

5. I didn' t even get past the loading screen because it said "This app keeps stopping" I do NOT reccomend this app.ive seen some good things and some not so good things about this but personaly i dont like it.

6. It's pretty good for what it is, but when you go to type over your thumbnail, the word text appears on the thumbnail and there's no way that I was able to find to delete it.

1. Restart Thumbnail Maker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Thumbnail Maker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Thumbnail Maker" » Open Thumbnail Maker for Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Thumbnail Maker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Thumbnail Maker for Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Thumbnail Maker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Thumbnail Maker for Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Thumbnail Maker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Thumbnail Maker might not work.
