1. We all have a bad day, but when the first impression is a nightmare from both the service provider and restaurant, then that is just too much! I'm going to continue with talabat and other apps.I am having a hard time with refund in this application, I lost a lot because of mistakes like wrong and missing items, and the most is double and lately triple charging on the same order! And Customer service will tell you that it takes few days to be refunded, some times they just ignore the fact that I asked for the amount to be refunded to the same card used in the transaction, but no, it's just carriage credit this is unethical.
2. Trust me.FIX YOUR APP! I noticed that when I use the icon "&" instead of "and" in the special request section, it CUTS OFF the sentence and doesn't show it in full (so for example, instead of showing "only cheese & sauce", it will actually show just "only cheese" in final order receipt, which is very frustrating and has led to multiple WRONG ORDERS in the past).I used to like Carriage over any other food delivery app.
3. I had to first provide address details upon registration in the app, then had send to send my location to what turned out to be the carriage customer service not the driver, and not at the time of order, but when the Carriage driver arrived close to my area where he was lost.
4. The only option your customer care agent was able to offer me, was cancel my order which was a royal waste of my time .This is the worst food delivery app.
5. The driver had no proper change so I had to tip him for the unforgettable delivery experience, although carriage charge 10 riyals for the delivery! Another thing about the app is that you can't input a general request with the order (not with the items/meals etc).
6. Today morning, we woke up with indigestion and pains because of the terrible food! I hate to write a negative review, but this was not to be ignored, so that both carriage and the restaurant improve their service (for other users as I have uninstalled it already).
7. - Unrefined "comzisation" dropdown menus disabling the order of chosen item.26/09/2018: For a first time use of this app after installing, the first impression was an absolute nightmare of an experience, which resulted in immediate uninstall of this app.
8. They only check your order status then they end the conversation rather than following up with order and making sure that it was received.My last orders were a total disaster using carriage application.
9. I also like the fact you can teack your order in stages from sending an order to the restaurant receiving the order to preparing the food and pick up from the outlet.
10. So I advise not paying in advance but on delivery only to ensure your money is safe.The app simply cancelled my order without any notification after I had gotten the order receipt as confirmation on email.
11. Currently I am ordering from 1 outletnonly which is relatively close to my location, but I've consistently noticed that from the time food is ready for pick up to actual pick up from location takes some time, giving the impression that food is ready and waiting, but pick up not yet done.
