1. Free delivery cannot compensate the wasted hours of me trying to order all over and over again.The application asking to logging every time and each time it gives wrong password tried to reset the password but when I received the email and click on the link it takes me back to the logging page without any option for reset the password and now can't use it ????One of the bad features in this app is that when you are in the middle of the search and scrolling for restaurants the application suddenly gets updated and the list of restaurants are changed totally so you have to start from the beginning again.

2. - Tracking doesn't work - Less restaurants listed compared to TalabatI really like the reorder feature, the app is almost perfect, but I would like to see the estimated delivery time on the search bar or on each restaurant's menu because right now i can only find the estimated delivery time before ordering by scrolling far down a filtered list.When you order from some restaurants they cancel your order 1 or 2 hours later, I don't know why this app offers food from CLOSED restaurants and cancels the order when ask them for the food.

3. Dreadful service providerThis is not reliable anymore, don't build plans on it, yesterday, it was dragged one hour late to the expected delivery time, so I canceled the order, I placed an order from mc today to retrieve my credit, no surprise, now it exceeded one hour.

4. This is very frestrating and the feature should be removed or replaced with different way of udate such as the restaurant is greyed to indicate it is busy or no more delivering.Pros: - Generally faster delivery compared to Talabat Cons: - The app is horrible.

5. Besides of that they want to keep the money under the figure of "credits" for your next order! They just want your money, nothing else.It took way more time than they said it would and according to the map the driver has stopped multiple times.

6. You can't trust the expected arrival times and if it is late at night or if the order is too much they will literally cancel it without your permission.Used one time.

7. I don't mind the late delivery if it was agreed upon, what pushed me is that the delivery time gets double or trible the expected time.

9. There's no way of knowing whether restaurants are open or not, and I have made many orders to be met in end with the message "Sorry this restaurant is closed".

10. I appreciate the customer service as they are quick to respond, but the problem relies on the restaurants, and it feels like they coordinated poorly during morning.
