Just wish the app was more "lively" and gave more that can be done but, there is nothing horrible about this company at all.I have 3 cards from first savings yes they are all different apps but every one of them makes it easy to make a payment and to view available credit.Everything I log in ot wants to send me a code to my email so when I go check it it's logged me off the app and the process begins again.

Let me start by saying I read the reviews and I should've listened! I have multiple cards.
3. Unless I'm where I can use a different device to check my email then I can't log on.This company made it easy to get credit when I had poor credit, even gave me a credit increase.I made a payment set for the due date 2 weeks before the date and made sure I received confirmation texts.
4. I've never had to call CS and I've owned this card for almost 3yrs.. It raises your limit sporadically even though I've never missed one payment and I pay much more than the minimum.
5. The people I needed to talk to don't have a phone line? What kind of craziness is this? I paid the card off in full and canceled it.
6. Why have the app with an ability to set up a payment in advance if it doesn't work properly?Awesome company.
7. I won't deal with trash credit cards anymore!Excellent app.
8. The payment was never taken & I was then charged a late fee.
9. Customer service was super friendly but couldn't really do anything to help.
10. The app is okay for making your payments and all of that but don't rely on it for sending you notifications regarding payments due or anything like that.
