Eventually stays closed on the second attempt, but that's still highly annoying.The only issue I see with this app is it doesn't display the speed limit of the road unless you are approaching a speed camera, apart from that... Excellent app, I used to use TomTom Amigo but found it didn't always play an audible alert for alot of speed cameras I drove past, in the end got fed up and tried the free version of this out glad I did it worked so well I went for the plusThe app works brilliant.

The alert can be improved regarding two aspects: 1) length, as it plays too soon and too many times (it would be great to be able to customise it), and the alert on my swartwatch, which now works only for signal loss or disconnection, when in fact I'd use it for the alert itself.As you drive every day on the same road, the same fixed cameras are always reported.It's useless and annoying.I wrote to the support to suggest the possibility to block these sound notifications (only at the user's device, no sharing).

3. -"Not possible".It would be an easy development to add a "No longer notify me" button, write down the GPS position in a lite DB, test the current position before the sound notification.Setting would allow to wipe off all these personal positions.Thanks to considerHad to purchase a second time when I changed phones and in the last few months the app loses location, until I bring it to the forefront, when running behind my google maps.

It'd be good if there was a way to manually check your camera database was up to date though.Used to be a great app, but recently it has started to interfere with my bluetooth connected phone calls as I approach a speed camera, the call is removed from the car or headset speaker and reverts to the phone handset speaker, regardless of what app settings I use.

5. Have checked my power saving modes etc but That's not the issue as far as i have found... Also within the app certain sections are in not in English, which isn't helpful when I have a problem and go to the help section!!Overall very good but there have been a few cameras it hasn't had.

6. I think Waze is better but I love how this gives you an audible alert even when below the limit, and also tells you how far to the nearest camera based on the direction of travel.

7. Still waiting for the supposed update to solve the issue!!! August 13th and still not working, even changed phones!Refuses to shut down properly.

1. Fix CamSam PLUS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CamSam PLUS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CamSam PLUS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CamSam PLUS" » Open CamSam PLUS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CamSam PLUS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CamSam PLUS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CamSam PLUS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CamSam PLUS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CamSam PLUS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CamSam PLUS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CamSam PLUS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CamSam PLUS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CamSam PLUS not working

2. Fix CamSam PLUS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CamSam PLUS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CamSam PLUS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CamSam PLUS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
