1. This non-working procedure they are relying on to verify purchases of their app is doing nothing but alienating longtime legacy customers.Great app! Excellent customer service! Had a little trouble getting my purchase verified, but support was swift and got me up and running.Great app if you work in fractions.

I NEED THE APP AT THE TOP OF A 60' CRANE AND I'M NOT SCROLLING THROUGH 100'S OF PURCHASES LOOKING FOR A TRANSACTION ID FROM YEARS AGO.Owned this app for years and it suddenly won't start, saying I have verify the purchase through Google on my phone, a procedure that dosn't work (no Play apps are listed).
3. I am baffled by the need for a subscription for a calculator.Not only have the app but bought the Desktop Calculator & the hand held version, had them for at least 10 years.

7. the conversions are the best.It's not even close to acceptable to update a previously paid for app to now refuse to open and get stuck in a loop where you can't even use the app.
