Main issues: - Cost, rides are about twice as expensive as just getting into a taxi - Integration in Google Maps directions always shows a much lower price then what you get once you get to the app - Contact forms are buggy and not easy to use when needed, don't render well on mobile phonesDownloaded this app for use in Spain, as uber and bolt didn't show much availability.
2. The customer service does help but takes forever to refund you the rides that the driver cancelled but charged you.
3. Same as other complaints, I noticed the pick time changes when actually engaged & estimate price from Google map changed to a higher fee when it takes me to the app due to inclusion of "higher demand fee" which was always regardless time of the day.
4. The SMS wouldn't come (I'd get an error message that it couldn't be sent) and when I tried to use my email, it wouldn't accept the password (no error messages, nothing; it was long enough, the button would be frozen if it was too short, and I tried random letters signs and digits, no luck).
5. After the very-not-helpful customer "service," we tried to look up our coupon to see if we had missed the small print.
6. We waited and watched as the driver flew past us on a 1 way construction zone, and the pickup time instantly jumped to 18 minutes.
7. The first time I ordered a ride, the app spent about 15 min looking for a driver, until I gave up and just walked.
8. I've been trying to solve an overcharge issue for over a week now, they keep taking payment from my bank account (without my permission) and refunding random amounts.

I live in the United States and I'm trying to set up a Cabify account for an upcoming trip to Valencia, Spain. I enter my phone number (with 1+ prefix) and the app sens an SMS text, but I don't receive it - so I can't set up an account. How do I fix this?
