BusWhere Customer Insights

1. I quickly uninstalled it as relying on the printed bus schedule was much more accurate.Better than nothing, but it's very slow to show the bus when opening and doesn't show the schedule or hardly any extra info.

2. It almost never showed my bus, and when it did, the information was blatantly wrong (e.g. at the final stop when it was less than halfway through the route).

3. And most of the time refuses to even open.Dumb. Not useful.

4. Didn't really do the one thing it was supposed to do: tell me where my bus was and when it would come.

5. Raw and basic. Not accurate tracking.

6. Doesn't even track all the buses.

7. And constantly glitching.
