Why should I report an Issue with DaTuner: Tuner & Metronome?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Prometheus Interactive LLC to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. On the other hand, if the issue is resolve: This is (was) a solid tuner and I would be willing to pay the $1.99 for pro because the added functionality looks good.

2. Unfortunately there are other free tuner apps that do just as good of a job that don't harass you with ads.

3. This makes it useless for my purpose of checking intonation in real time.Liked it, it was useful....before the recent update.

4. Before, it didnt take long to recognize a sound, now it takes a very long time to load the actual screen, has ads, and overall I do not like the look that this app has now.

6. Now, nothing but notifications, pop-ups, ads and more ads, and they want a subscription? I would have considered buying it outright if it was $10 or less, but a subscription, no thanks.

8. This used to be my everyday tuner for vocal exercises but it looks like I'll need to go hunting for a new one, because this is just obnoxious.

10. Just because my note is 2.5 cents out of range doesn't mean it's out of tune.

11. Now you sit and wait for the guitar animation, then you try navigating to any options and are instantly bombarded with full screen ads that can't be skipped.

1. Fix DaTuner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DaTuner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DaTuner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DaTuner" » Open DaTuner: Tuner & Metronome » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DaTuner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DaTuner: Tuner & Metronome app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DaTuner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DaTuner: Tuner & Metronome" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DaTuner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DaTuner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DaTuner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DaTuner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DaTuner not working

2. Fix DaTuner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DaTuner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DaTuner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DaTuner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
