Why should I report an Issue with TForwarder - auto message forwarding for telegram?

1. So not sure what exactly this technical issue is which has been there for over a month now.Great app when it works ! I find i have to pause the forwarder then resume again to fix most issues.And if its a issue like adding a key word or ticking the settings boxes and its not working then either close the app and reload or restart your phone.

2. I subscribed to this app because it can forward messages in real time without delay even if the messages were deleted 1 sec after it was sent it is still being forwarded but now you'll wait for 30mins.

3. Otherwise it's a really nice thing and may be worth the money spent on it if you have to deal with a lot of posts and messages but constantly get lost in tons of them or you're a dealing with people who delete your and their messages the moment they are sent.

4. UI is not intuitive - does not allow grouping of A to B messages (E.g. A1 to B1, A2 to B2 channel etc) 3.

5. There are some bugs that , at times it doesn't forward or stops forwarding the messages.

6. also if you want to use the filter then the left side is for Forward messages with selected words only and the right is ignore...it's not working the same as before.

7. Quotes of messages are not directly replicated in channel.The app basically works fine.

8. So it should be a one time purchase and not a recurring one.90% of the time it does the job it was built to do.

9. Filtering works 90% of time time, overall not a cause for concern.Application is easy to use .

10. Also the payment model is totally unfair, why it needs subscription? It doesn't use dev's server, I presume.

1. Fix TForwarder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TForwarder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TForwarder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TForwarder" » Open TForwarder - auto message forwarding for telegram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TForwarder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TForwarder - auto message forwarding for telegram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TForwarder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TForwarder - auto message forwarding for telegram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TForwarder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TForwarder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TForwarder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TForwarder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TForwarder not working

2. Fix TForwarder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TForwarder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TForwarder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TForwarder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
