1. However, it doesn't display images, links to documents often don't work or don't show up, and links to reading and assignments often appear in tiny text that's hard to read and i have better than 20/20 vision.

2. You are not able to see any links or details about the assignments or anything, you can not see any media files, and the email function is no longer supported which is a very important part of blackboard.

3. Ever since it updated early last month I have had so many issues with using it that I've had to just stop using the app all together and have had to stick to using blackboard on my laptop.

4. The app's okay, but these errors make working on the go harder.Garbage. Pressing notifications takes you to a blank screen, every single time (I want even getting notifications till maybe two weeks ago).

5. If the instructor sends a message to the whole class (not an announcement), you have to access a desktop or laptop in order to see messages in blackboard.

6. I hate blackboard, but I guess when you own the market you can stop trying.My experience with this app has been trying to say the least.

7. That said, I was able to use this as a means of staying up to date with my classes and access my course documents from my phone, which I appreciated.

9. YOU NEED TO FIX THESE ISSUES AND STOP JUST IGNORING THE STUDENTS FORCED TO USE IT.I mean, I'll use it, because it's easier than pulling out my laptop.

1. Fix Blackboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Blackboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Blackboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Blackboard" » Open Blackboard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Blackboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Blackboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Blackboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Blackboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Blackboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Blackboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Blackboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Blackboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Blackboard not working

2. Fix Blackboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Blackboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Blackboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Blackboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
