I chose this particular app because it seemed to be the simplest and quickest, and it gets the job done without trying to be the Swiss Army Knife of magnification apps by adding fancy extra and distracting capabilities.Works Perfectly! I had to take close-up photos of my cats nose after a fight and this app allowed me to do just that without getting in his face.

2. That is a bit annoying when you're reading a text or looking at details on a map (which is what I use it for).Originally "Fantastic! Great clarity and magnification." Then foolishly updated the app, then no new features at all, but instead it now comes with incredibly annoying, intrusive, obnoxious amount of ads, which completely disrupted the use of the app.

3. If trying to take fine detailed snapshots of small objects, the last thing you need is noisy, childish ads forcing you to watch some video as you are trying to keep a steady hand.

1. Fix Magnifying Glass Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magnifying Glass: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magnifying Glass App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magnifying Glass" » Open Magnifying Glass » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magnifying Glass » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magnifying Glass app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magnifying Glass servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magnifying Glass" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magnifying Glass app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magnifying Glass might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magnifying Glass. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magnifying Glass then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magnifying Glass not working

2. Fix Magnifying Glass Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magnifying Glass be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magnifying Glass not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magnifying Glass may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
