1. High Speed Machining, Chip Thinning. ★ Tap drill charts for most common imperial and metric taps. ★ Tap drill charts for BSP and NPT pipe threads. ★ Interactive GD&T Reference. ★ Scientific Calculator with trig functions and brackets.
2. FSWizard will automatically use recommended cutting speed and chipload for machining with a variety of indexed and solid endmills, drills, taps etc. ★ Made for CNC Machinists by a CNC Machinist Zero_Divide - the creator of a popular line of Machine Shop Productivity apps.
3. FSWizard works with both metric and imperial units. 4) High-carbon and ordinary low-alloy steels. 5) Normal tool steels.
4. Charts: Drill chart, Imperial, Metric,Pipe Tap charts are also included in free version.
5. Find out the optimum machining depth of cut and width of cut parameters. ★ Milling Speeds and Feeds. HSM.
6. Calulate Chip Thinning and HSM - High Speed Machining.
7. Improve machining productivity and optimize cutter life.
8. Calculate Speeds and Feeds simply by choosing your work and tool material.
9. Absolutely the best CNC machinist speed and feed app around.
10. Hard-quenching and tempering steels. 9) Moderately difficult stainless steels. 10) Difficult and Very Difficult stainless steels.
1. It helps me when I'm using Conversational Programing while working with 10+ different materials.Been using the free version for a while now, figured I'd support the team and buy the full version.
2. I also think adding a calculator for apparent feedrate for endmilling on curved surfaces with tools that are similar in size to the radius its cutting would be a great addition. The best speed and feed calculator going.
3. I really like using this though I would like it if I could save tool data so I could quick reference feeds and speeds for multiple tools without having to reinsert all of the information every time.
4. Then I think it would be perfect.Essential for Machinists the pro version is worth the money with all the materials that are availableApp is super useful.
5. It's great as I work with a lot of different materials and the supplied materials list is huge.
6. I had the free version and it was pretty good but the pro version has more variety of machining calculations for many more materials.
7. I've used a number of different materials, processes and tool sizes and it's never once let me down.
8. Amazing app, no nonsense.I mill and turn mostly stainless for the food processing industry and so far this app has been invaluable! The rpm and feed rates for tapping and drilling have been spot on.
9. However if the developers read this I think adding an option to create your own personal tool library would be really helpful.Great App for a new and old Machinist.
10. I work with a lot of different materials including hardwood and Acrylic.
11. Over the last year this app has massively helped me optimize my machining time and tool wear.
