1. I have installed it 3 times and still has the same issue when opening the scan option it causes an error and wont open, also when uploading a receipt it doesnt allow you to pull from your gallery only direct picture.

2. It provides quick access to my account, but doesn't allow you view all of the messages that are sent to you nor does it allow you upon receipts saved on your phone.

3. The viewfinder for the camera, when using the app to directly take pictures, seems to show the primary camera on my phone but the actual photos are taken with the telephoto camera.

4. You only take photos of receipts, so it's not possible to save a receipt or PDF to your phone and then upload it later using the app.

5. This makes it very difficult to setup a long random strong password using a phone keyboard.

6. I really wish the scan option worked as it would come in handy when out n about.App does not work at all with password managers, such as Keeper.

7. If I need to upload a receipt why is my only option to take a photo? Most receipts are in pdf format from an email.

8. Even worse, it does not allow paste when setting a password.

9. Aside from that, it's a pretty good app!On an Android phone, when I take pictures of receipts and it loads to the app they are usually flipped 90 degrees.

10. Having to copy/paste between the app (which is even less secure) is a pain as well because it clears fields when switching back and forth between my password manager app and this one.Amateur hour at its finest.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyHealth BofA Issues
