Why should I report an Issue with Azar: Video Chat & Meet People?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

And you will start connecting with people's ..it will keep on discounting you even before hearing any word or any text from them...it will look like the person in front is disconnecting but it's not becoz anyone have to spend min 5 seconds before disconnecting..but your calls will be disconnected in 1 sec 2 sec ..and it will happen till your gems will become zero... That's their policy..don't ever install such a cheat appWhy can't I see any Live here? All my friends are able to do live and watch live but why can't I.

Now app not opbinng showing nètwork issue from last 4 days while every thing running good on network but Azar after purchsing diamond.You need to step up your games as so many people I know using your app they complain and migrate to other apps that pays them hourly whether they are gifted or not and you should migrate to PayPal also aside using Payoneer.

I can't give anymore feedback beyond that but let me know if and when you add that option.If you purchase coins app will shop 10 or 12 coins per video call but you will start video When you use coins, it does not deduct coins from your account within a specified limit, but deducts coins from your Azar account in a desired manner.

Let there be rewards for streamers on every hour spent, for the followers let them be able to watch ads to be able to send gifts and let your gift options be accessible.I can not sign up completelly ! In select gender the app dosent work....after a while I used to use albo..i would try same app again but...It's not an app.. it's a scam.. as you will purchase gems.

6. Could've given it atleast 4 if i would've received response from the technical team.Now this aap is doing fraud no exact calculations of minus diamond and deducting so fast without contacting.

8. I have uninstalled the App.I can't see any live option in the application.

9. At searching it is deducting more than 14 coin and when we skip it deduct 14 coin it is just fraud or else nothing.

1. Fix Azar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Azar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Azar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Azar" » Open Azar: Video Chat & Meet People » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Azar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Azar: Video Chat & Meet People app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Azar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Azar: Video Chat & Meet People" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Azar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Azar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Azar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Azar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Azar not working

2. Fix Azar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Azar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Azar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Azar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
